We stand behind our steel. A metal building is a long-term investment, and our warranty program is designed to give you peace of mind that your structure will perform for years to come in the Northern California climate.

1. 20-Year Rust-Through Warranty (12-Gauge)

Our premium 12-gauge galvanized steel framing comes with a 20-year limited warranty against rust-through on the frame.

• Coverage: Protects against structural failure caused by corrosion of the steel tubing.
• Maintenance: To keep the warranty active, the building must be kept free of debris and standing water against the base rails.

2. 10-Year Rust-Through Warranty (14-Gauge)

Our standard 14-gauge framing includes a 10-year limited warranty against rust-through. This is perfect for valley locations with moderate weather.

3. 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee

We back our professional installation crews.

• Coverage: Protects against leaks, loose panels, or alignment issues caused by the installation process.
• Response: If a workmanship issue is reported within the first year, we will send a crew to inspect and repair the defect at no cost to the customer.

4. Manufacturer Exclusions

Warranties may be voided if:

• The building is modified by the customer (cutting legs, adding non-factory components).
• The site is not level within 3 inches.
• Abnormal environmental conditions (e.g., direct salt spray or chemical exposure) are present without prior disclosure.

5. How to File a Claim

If you believe your structure has a warranty-eligible defect:

1. Documentation: Take clear photos of the issue.
2. Contact: Call our service department at (916) 371-8087.
3. Inspection: We will review your photos and, if necessary, schedule an on-site inspection.

Advice: Keep a copy of your original signed contract and installation walkthrough form to expedite any future service requests.
